Water addition or a food-soaking recipe?
This calculator covers the weekly addition to aquarium water: 20 drops per 100 L. eSHa recommends using it shortly after a regular water change.
Worked examples
These illustrations use 100 L of measured water, without a decor deduction. Choose the matching stage or formulation above for your own water volume. They do not select a treatment or establish livestock suitability.
Weekly
| Stage | Amount or action for 100 L |
|---|---|
| Weekly | 20 drops (or 1 mL) |
Drops are rounded under this product’s measurement policy; mL uses the unrounded source amount. Choose one measuring method—do not add both. A drop size from another bottle is not interchangeable.
Example only. Your calculation above uses your own inputs. Small amounts and powder fractions still need equipment that can measure them reliably.
Before you measure
Use aquarium water volume for this reference. Do not translate the result into a food-soaking concentration or infer a GH/KH target from the product being a mineral supplement.
Product-specific checks from the calculation record
- This record is for addition to water, preferably shortly after a regular water change. It is not a food-soaking recipe.
Will this calculate remineraliser requirements?
No. A water-addition reference is different from calculating a mineral change against a measured GH or KH target.
