Does the result cover the whole course?
The reference is 5 mL per 20 US gallons for an application. Hikari describes a treatment lasting five to seven days, with re-treatment governed by its instructions; the calculator does not schedule repeats.

Before you measure
Shake vigorously. Begin with the directed water change, remove carbon and stop UV/skimming while retaining filtration. Read the current sulfur/sulfinite-conditioner restriction and worm-type invertebrate cautions.
Product-specific checks from the calculation record
- Start with new water or at least a 30% water change. Shake vigorously; keep normal filtration running but remove carbon and stop UV/skimming.
- Do not combine with other drugs or disease treatments. Hikari warns against sulfur/sulfinate-based conditioners; check the exact conditioner ingredients.
- Repeat treatment is not automatically scheduled. The label sets a minimum three-day interval; observe its livestock and oxygen precautions.
Can I mix PraziPro with another treatment?
Hikari says not to use it with other drugs or disease treatments. Its Ich-X example is a separate, sequential treatment after a large water change.
