Is the result per addition or per week?
The current mL-based reference is 1 mL per 10 US gallons per addition. Aquarium Co-Op varies frequency with light and plant demand. The result is one application, not an automatically chosen weekly programme.
Worked examples
These illustrations use 100 L of measured water, without a decor deduction. Choose the matching stage or formulation above for your own water volume. They do not select a treatment or establish livestock suitability.

Before you measure
Check bottle and measuring equipment: the smaller dropper bottle has its own directions. A pump press is not a universal unit.
Product-specific checks from the calculation record
- Measure in mL; the current 500 mL bottle uses a measuring cap rather than an assumed pump volume.
- The 120 mL dropper instructions are two drops per US gallon. Choose one measuring route, and adjust frequency to the manufacturer’s light guidance.
Should I combine several applications into one?
A numerical weekly total does not establish that a single larger addition is appropriate. Keep amount and frequency separate.
